Terms and Conditions

Bookings: Contracts and agreement will be valid consequent to Sador Ethiopia Tours (SET) confirmation of the booking by email, letter or telephone. At the time of confirmation, a deposit of 25% of the total cost is requested. The remaining amount of the total cost shall be paid 30 days before the commencement of the tour. Unless prior arrangements have been made, SET is not indebted to conduct the tour if complete payment has not been received.

 

Cancellation: Abolition of confirmed bookings received more than 30 days prior to departure are subject to a cancellation fee of US $50 per person. Cancellation received between 30 and 15 days prior to departure will be subject a penalty of 50% of the total rate of the tour. Cancellation received less than 15 days prior to departure will be relinquishment of the entire tour rate. SET strongly recommends trip cancellation insurance.

 

Responsibility and Liability: Every possible care is taken to safeguard you and your property; SET accepts no liability for loss or damage of any personal effects. SET will dispose its best efforts to assist visitors when dealing with the third parties such as hotels, transport and travel agents. However, SET can not be held responsible for any loss or harm such as sickness, injury, death or additional costs incurred due to denied boarding, overbooking, cancellation or delay caused by the third party.

Itineraries: Only selected itineraries are arranged here, however, numerous types of tours that suit the traveler’s convenience can be organized. Combined tours can also be arranged on request.
